TREK FROM PHAKDING TO NAMCHE BAZZAR (3,440M). OVERNIGHT STAY AT HOTEL

ACCLIMATISATION HIKE TO HOTEL EVEREST VIEW (3850M) AND BACK TO NAMCHE BAZAAR AND OVERNIGHT STAY AT HOTEL

TAKE AN EARLY MORNING HIKE TO KALA PATTHAR AT 5,550 METERS FOR A BREATHTAKING SUNRISE VIEW OF MOUNT EVEREST, THEN RETURN TO GORAKSHEP AND FLY BY HELICOPTER TO KATHMANDU. ENJOY A LUXURIOUS STAY AT THE FIVE-STAR ALOFT HOTEL

Arrival & departure: airport-hotel–airport (pick up and drop off).

Respectra's coordination team with full tracking and reporting system.

Permit: all necessary paper works: sagarmatha national park permit, tims permit & conservation entry fee.

Drinking water: 2l boiled water to carry in thermos per day per member, bottle water is available to purchase from lodges.

Staff salary and allowance: all nepalese staffs & porters’ daily wages, salary, equipment, foods & clothing.

Valley sightseeing: sightseeing in kathmandu valley (pashupatinath temple, swoyambu: monkey temple and kathmandu durbar square) by professional guide.

Members luggage: up to 15 kg per member for personal baggage during the trek carrying by porters.

Drone and photography permits to document the expedition and the character building and evolut.

Welcome dinner: welcome dinner in kathmandu with Respectra's team, guides and office staff.

24/7 emergency helicopter on standby exclusively for respectra at lukla airport.

Porter: porters (1 porter per 2 trekkers) during the trek.

Comprehensive medical kit & satellite phones for emergency.

Food & lodging: 3 meals per day (b.l.d) including tea and coffee along with accessible accommodation at hotel/lodge during the trek. including respectra exclusive camp set up at 4940m with own kitchen and staff.

Hotel accommodation in kathmandu: 4 nights at 5 star category hotel in kathmandu on bed & breakfast basis with twinbed room attached bath- room throughout the trek ,will be staying at best lodges in all possible places.

24/7 high altitude medicine doctor.

Specialists leading team mentoring and leadership training throughout the entire expedition.

Air fare: international flight airfare (from and to kathmandu, nepal). departure point is dubai international airport.

Nepal entry visa fee: nepali visa fee us $40 per person for 30 days (for 60 days usd $100).

Rescue evacuation: medical insurance and emergency rescue evacuation cost if required. (rescue, repatriation, medication, medical tests and hospitalization costs).

Extra nights in kathmandu: extra nights’ accommodation in kathmandu. in case of early arrival or late departure, early return from trekking (any reason) than the scheduled itinerary.

Lunch & dinner: lunch & dinner in during the stay in kathmandu (also in case of early return from trekking than the scheduled itinerary).

Insurance: travel and high-altitude accident, medical & emergency evacuation insurance.

Personal expenses: telephone, internet, battery recharge, shower, laundry, bottled water, soft drinks, snacking personal medical kit, personal trekking gears & equipment, photography equipment, excess baggage.

Internet service: internet facility during the trek is not included. data sim can be purchased but limited access.
